The 4 Key Beliefs
To succeed at Network Marketing, as you start developing your organization, you will want to make sure that as people join your successline develop the 4 Key Beliefs:
Belief in the Industry of Network Marketing
Belief in your particular Company
Belief in your Products
Belief in themselves
If people lack belief in any of these areas, inaction will follow.
The reverse is also true.
If you realize that somebody with potential is not taking action, instead of taking their excuses at face value ("I've been so busy, this and that happened", etc) take the time to learn about them and you will find out that at least one of the 4 Beliefs are seriously weak.
You may want to start with yourself. On a scale of 1 to 10, where are you on each Belief?
What do you need to be at 10 on each?
What 3 things could you do to make that happen?
I can guarantee you, the top performers in your company score a solid 10 on at least 3 of them!

I just checked out your blog. I think blogging is one of the best things that ever happened to networking. I'm finding so many people with similar interests!
You sound like someone who spends a lot of time and money on self-improvement/personal acheivement. That is great. Is that your own construct? or did you get the 4 beliefs from someone's seminar/book?

Great blog. I totally agree.
I think it is important to be aware of the people in your life.
Sometimes I find the saying, "If you can't change the people you are with, you should change the people you are with." very appropriate.
Not everyone can see your vision. Just because they don't see it doesn't mean that it doesn't exist.
If you have people in your life that aren't productive to your vision it can make your belief system fade. Without your beliefs you've got nothin'.
